Refund & Return Policy

At adivibe we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade products and curated apparel. To maintain our high standards and ensure the exclusivity of our designs, we follow a strict No Return, No Refund, and No Exchange policy.

1. All Sales are Final

Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. We do not offer refunds or store credit for "change of mind" or if the product does not meet personal expectations.

2. Handmade Nature & Variations

Please note that many of our products are handcrafted. Minor variations in color, texture, and finish are natural characteristics of handmade goods and are not considered defects. We have made every effort to display the colors (like our signature bright red and green mixes) as accurately as possible, but screen settings may vary.

3. Damages and Issues

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit.

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt.

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at adivibe21@gmail.com within 24-48 hours of delivery.

  • You will need to provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged product and the original packaging.

  • Once we evaluate the issue, we will work with you to make it right (repair or replacement only).

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items strictly cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items).

  • Sale items or gift cards.

  • Personal care goods (beauty products).

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, as per legal requirements. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with tags.
