2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 💸

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes 📋
adivibe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages 📦
adivibe is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want you to have a great experience:

If you received your order damaged, please contact us at adivibe21@gmail.com within 24-48 hours of delivery.

Please save all packaging materials and the damaged goods, and provide clear photos/unboxing videos so we can file a claim with the shipment carrier.
6. Incorrect Address / Undelivered Packages 🏠
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package.
